Who is RCTCLEARN.NET?
Rochester Community and Technical College (RCTC) has designed an academic based e-learning system featuring a cutting edge training solution for the home health care and hospice industry. The concept originated through a partnership with five health care businesses with funding support from Minnesota Job Skills Partnership (MJSP). The program was very successful and later became known as RCTCLEARN.NET. It has become the leading provider of e-learning for home care and hospice workers.
MNSCU Affiliation
RCTCLEARN.NET’s content was and is created by higher education professionals with support from Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MNSCU), the Nation’s 5th largest university system. This ensures the viability of the content as well as the support behind the e-learning management system that administers the courses.
Since its’ inception, RCTCLearn.net has delivered over 20,000 continuing education hours to home care and hospice employees across the U.S. Throughout development we have learned many lessons and have committed to a philosophy of continuous improvement to meet the learning challenges of the home care agencies and the front line care providers that are integral to the health care industry.
NAHC Joint Venture
In 2006 RCTCLEARN.NET began a joint venture with National Association for Home Care and Hospice (NAHC) to provide internet based training in the U.S. and around the world. Dr. Ruth Constant, Chairman of the Board of NAHC, remarks “This agreement will allow NAHC, to build the nation's first integrated technology based, home care provider training system…and will become the cornerstone of a dynamic, technology based, training and education system, not only for our members, but for the entire home and community based provider industry.”

"Our partnership with RCTCLEARN.NET
is one of the best investments we've ever made."
Harvey Zuckerberg, Executive Director of the Michigan Home Health Association
